ITG is a subcontractor to Nortel Government Solutions. This contract is in Functional Area 5 (Management Support Services). The scope of Functional Area 5 is to provide, as ordered, the full range of business and technical management services that assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, guidelines, and directives. These services encompass all areas of IT policy and planning including, but not limited to, enterprise architecture, security, training, enterprise resource management, business process reengineering, IT transformation and strategy, organizational change leadership, and enterprise and program management office support (e.g., business case development and performance management).

The EAGLE program may be used by All Warranted Contracting Officers of the DHS, its Components, and other Federal agencies in support of homeland security are authorized ordering officers. For those agencies outside DHS, the EAGLE Program Manager will determine on a task order basis approval for use of the EAGLE contract.

CIO-SP2i provides information technology (IT) systems and services necessary to support the Chief Information Officer (CIO) requirements for IT solutions within the National Institutes of Health and other Federal Government agencies. The contract covers the following task areas:

User Agencies: All Federal Government Agencies. State and Local organizations using Federal funding.

ITG is the contractor for this Blanket Purchase Agreement which provides for the delivery of administrative, operational, and curriculum support of the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) mission to deliver the acquisition-teaching curriculum to its target audience in the Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (AT&L) workforce.

Call orders may be placed by the DAU and Capital District Contracting Center (CDCC) individuals specifically authorized in the contract.
