Senior Software Engineer

Description

The Senior Software Engineer will work as part of the Interactive Products Group (IPG) within Interactive Technologies Group, Inc. (ITG) to develop server-side web-based enterprise software solutions. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record that demonstrates initiative and teamwork in development of creative solutions to meet the needs of customers. As an employee of ITG, the Senior Software Engineer will participate in and in some cases lead development efforts in collaboration with the other IPG Software Development team. The Senior Software Engineer must have the ability to direct the activities of junior team members in completion of development assignments and to effectively document and communicate technical requirements in written and oral formats. The Senior Software Engineer must also demonstrate flexibility and the ability to rapidly learn, assimilate and integrate new concepts, business logic and technology. The Senior Software Engineer must also be comfortable with and participate in the preparation and delivery of presentations to new and existing customers as required and in coordination of customer software implementations. Some travel is required for this position.

Interactive Technologies Group, Inc. (ITG) is seeking to fill several management analyst/industrial engineer positions to support a variety of consulting services we provide to the Federal Government and other clients. ITG is a Davenport, Iowa, based firm with an office in Alexandria, Virginia. We are currently contracted to provide A-76 and ABC/M services to customers in the Washington area and are looking for those exceptionally dedicated employees who can perform a wide range of technical tasks in support of those contracts. The successful candidates for these positions will have training and/or experience working in the field of management engineering. Familiarity with A-76 and work either for the federal government or for a government contractor will be a plus. PLEASE NOTE: THESE POSITIONS WILL BE CONTRACT POSITIONS AND THEIR DURATION WILL BE TIED DIRECTLY TO THE DURATION OF THE CONTRACTS ITG HAS WITH ITS CLIENTS. WE CURRENTLY HOLD MULTI-YEAR BPA'S AND IDIQ'S WITH SEVERAL FEDERAL AGENCIES. Project Manager

Description

The project manager will direct, organize, control and manage on-site project components and project team members to ensure contractual project deliverables are fulfilled in efficient and timely manner. Must be able to manage and supervise staff, concurrent analysis and development tasks in projects, serve as on-site point of contact with the Contracting Officers Representative or Task Monitor, formulate and enforce work standards, develop schedules, review work discrepancies and communicate policies, purposes and goals of the organization, and manage resources. Individual must have specialized experience in facilitation, training methodology development and evaluation, process re-engineering across phases, identifying best practices, change management, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices. Applies process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects. Duties include activity and data modeling, developing modern business methodologies, identifying best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements. Provides group facilitation, interviewing, and training, and provides additional forms of knowledge transfer.

General Experience

This category requires ten or more years experience in the project and/or event management market. At a minimum, the project manager possesses ten or more years of progressive management, technical and/or financial and human resource solutions and documentations. The individual will have experience participating in and managing project development from inception through deployment. Also, this resource must possess demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance and direction in multiple tasks across several functional areas, proven experience in the management and control of funds and resources.

Education

A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business and or related disciplines or the equivalent experience.

Senior Lead Analyst

Description

The Senior Lead Analyst has specialized experience in facilitation, training methodology development and evaluation, process re-engineering across all phases, identifying best practices, transformation/change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices. An in depth knowledge of manpower and resource requirements along with appropriate organizational regulations. Possess the capabilities to knowledge to apply process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process improvements and modernization projects. Duties include activity and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, creating and assessing performance measurements. Provide group facilitation, interviewing, and training and provides additional forms of knowledge transfer.

General Experience

This labor category represents ten or more years experience in business process re-engineering, manpower and resource analysis, and application knowledge to apply these principles and/or experience in functional analysis, design, integration, documentation and related subject matter.

Education

A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business and or related disciplines or the equivalent experience.

Cost Systems Analyst - Activity-based Costing

Description

The Cost Systems Analyst must have specialized experience in developing and maintaining cost accounting programs and knowledge of associated information systems. Proven experience is needed to analyze costs and performance data for identifying recommending organizational improvements. Specific in-depth knowledge is required of Activity-Based Costing and Management programs, and of information systems for cost data structures such as Oros and financial management systems. Capabilities and knowledge are desired to understand the application of cost data to process improvement and re-engineering methodologies. Duties include activity and data modeling, developing business methods, identifying best practices, creating and assessing performance measurements, facilitating groups, interviewing, and training.

General Experience

This labor category represents five or more years experience in developing and maintaining cost accounting programs, and the knowledge to apply these principles and/or extensive experience in analysis, program development, process integration, documentation and related subject matters.

Education

A Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines or equivalent experience.

Management Analyst

Description

The Management Analyst must have specialized experience in facilitation, training methodology development and evaluation, process re-engineering across all phases, identifying best practices, transformation/change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices. Description

The Junior Analyst should have some knowledge and experience in public speaking, providing instruction, job improvement, organizational development and clerical. This experience could translate into facilitation, training methodology, delivery and evaluation, process re-engineering, understanding transformation/change management, business management techniques, and organizational development. This Analytical position predominantly will perform at an entry and/or development level. Primarily performing routine engineering, scientific or analytical work requiring application of standard techniques, procedures and criteria in creating out a sequence of related tasks. Position will work under the direction of a senior-related position.

General Experience & Education

A Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business or office practices, Management Engineering, Business, Engineering, Accounting or related scientific or technical discipline or a minimum of three or more years experience in business process re-engineering, manpower, resource analysis, and related areas.
