ITG Awarded Contract to Support Single Point Study Analysis of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Program Executive Offices Headquarters Organizations
Interactive Technologies Group Inc. (ITG) announced today it has been awarded a single-award, Firm Fixed Price contract with a $853K ceiling value to for the performance of Manpower Single Point Studies at the Pentagon, Washington, DC and alternate locations in support of Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology (ASAALT), Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army (Plans, Programs and Resources (DASA(PPR)).
This two-year contract represents both new and continuing work for ITG, growing the company presence in its Human Capital Consulting market area. Manpower Requirements Determination is a core business offering for ITG whose founders were practitioners and instructors at the Army Management Engineering College located at Rock Island Arsenal prior to leaving Government service to found ITG in 1996.
Under this contract, this effort directly supports key military missions required by the Department of Defense Strategic Guidance and impacts Program Executive Office (PEO) headquarters for Enterprise Information Systems/EIS; Aviation/AVN,; Missiles & Space/MS; Intelligence, Electronic Warfare & Sensors/IEWS; Command, Control, Communications Tactical/C3T; Combat Support, Combat Service Support/CS/CSS; Ground Combat Systems/GCS; and Simulation, Training and Instrumentation/STRI. Additionally, ITG has been tasked with completing a single point study for the Army Research Development and Engineering Command.
As part of this effort, ASAALT is developing Army Acquisition Workforce manning structures to produce or enhance manpower requirements to facilitate forecasting and validating of U.S. Army manpower requirements. Ultimately, these functions will be integrated to predict workforce requirements across the Army acquisition workforce; gaining optimal staffing for future capabilities and skill sets.
ITG will provide: planning, analytical, operational and technical support services to conduct single point manpower studies, providing Army Senior Leaders strategic manpower-related analytical justification when planning, organizing, and competing for resources for critical manpower requirements.
