Interactive Technologies Group currently has career openings for five exceptional individuals in the position of Management Analyst. The Management Analyst applies process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conduct modernization and process improvement projects. Duties of the Management Analyst include activity and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, creating and assessing performance measurements. Management Analysts also provide group facilitation, interviewing, and training as well as additional forms of knowledge transfer.
Successful applicants will receive paid training in the Quad Cities for 3 months in the areas of:
- Facilitation
- Training methodology development and evaluation
- Process re-engineering across all phases
- Identifying best practices
- Transformation and change management
- Business management techniques
- Organizational development
- Activity and data modeling
- Information system development methods and practices
- Knowledge of manpower and resource requirements and organizational regulations
Following training, successful candidates must be able to relocate to the Washington, DC area.
Minimum requirements are a college degree and demonstrated analytical ability. Must be a U. S. citizen and available by mid June.
