Activity Based Costing/Management

Activity Based Costing is a tool that captures the total cost of core business activities and relates this cost to performance, resources, outputs and other factors. ABC/M is the application of information derived from ABC to improve management - to make it leaner, more effective and more responsive

Manpower Requirements Determination

Manpower requirements determination is the process of identifying the minimum number of Human Resources needed to perform approved, mission essential work. Determination of manpower requirements is a continuous process; requirements are established, increased, decreased or eliminated in response to changes in workload, missions, programs, procedures, technology, and doctrine.

ITG's J-Accomplish tools include a tool for recording actual workloads. In conjunction with other J-Accomplish capabilities, this tool makes it possible to perform manpower requirements determinations in near-real-time, in sharp contrast to performing these determinations every few years.

Enterprise Requirements Determination

ITG provides services that fill the gap between Activity-Based Costing and Budgeting and Program Management with systems and methodologies for requirements determination that effectively support the formulation and management of performance-based plans. ABC alone will not achieve these objectives, but our integrated requirements model goes beyond ABC to fulfill all these objectives and provide complete Enterprise Requirements Determination with powerful management tools.

Organizational Assessment and Transformation

Organizational transformation seeks to improve, in some particular ways, the functioning of an organization. One of the starting points for such a transformation is the organizational assessment. The organizational assessment evaluates not only the "bottom line" for the organization, but also such things as the work climate, work processes, and training needs. The transformation itself is a dynamic process; much like a journey. Those facilitating the transformation must must be keenly observant of the progress and be able to modify the approach accordingly.

Workforce Planning

Workforce Planning ensures that the right people with the right skills are in the right place at the right time. This is accomplished by making human resource decisions based on the organization's mission, strategic plan, budgetary resources, and a set of desired workforce competencies.
