Acquisition Training Support Services
Provided to DAU

For over three years, ITG has been using a combination of business partnerships and independent subcontractors to provide highly responsive, high quality acquisition training support services to the Defense Acquisition University (DAU). Our Call Order Resource Staff includes our pool of project managers, domain experts, functional experts, analysts, and technical account managers who have worked or are currently working on PLM Call Orders. These individuals range from acquisition technical training subject matter experts, training developers, and IT technicians to administrative, clerical, and logistics support personnel. Our Call Order Resource Staff may work as consultants or employees, and will continue to be available to fill Call Orders as task requirements dictate. As needed, we continue to add individuals to our Call Order Resource Staff as consultants or employees.

To ensure successful implementation of this process, ITG uses a robust set of tools including Call Order tracking, payment, and online time and expense reporting systems. These tools, combined with ITG's exceptional administrative management, assure DAU of accurate, timely, reliable support.
